revised review...it appears the battery was not correctly seated. I had to gently pry it out after forcing and breaking the battery slide release. seems to be charging now. will have to figure out if I can repair or replace the release slider.

This laptop battery was exactly what I needed to keep my 8-year-old laptop running. It was easy to install, fits perfectly, and holds a good charge. It’s a lifesaver while I save up for a new laptop. Works great, and I’m really happy with the performance!

Works for about a month or two then won’t charge at all. This is my second one first one happened inside return window so I figured I’d give them another try but second one I used for a month and put laptop up for a few months. I go to get it out and will not charge had it on charger for over two hours and still shows zero percent. This battery is a complete waste of money second battery is not even six months old. Spend the money and just buy the real replacement.

I will say it. It is the right battery and works well.

The product arrived quickly and in good condition. I have an older laptop that I have upgraded over the years and it still works fantastic. So, my battery finally failed so I purchased this one as a replacement. I am giving a star because it still doesn't give me much opearating time. At best, I can get 2.5 hours of run time which I would expect a little more on a new battery. But, at the price I paid, maybe that is ok??? At any rate, 3 star rating, it works, but don't expect a long run time.

I was hoping for more than 2 hours of battery life

This battery is exactly as described and great quality. My laptop is running like brand new again
