I really can't say how well this works because the instructions are not worded to make it easy to follow. Don't like the fact that this item only operates for 15 - 20 minuets at a time before it turns off, Then it has to get recharged. You have to recharge this every time it shuts down. This is very inconvenient. It does feel nice while it is on. The straps should be at least 1" longer so you can wear it on top of clothing.don't like the fact that it only

don't waste your money on this, this did nothing for me knee on the contrary I was more in pain. Not worth the money for this and charging it all day only gives you 15 minutes and with no results
