Bought this for remote and to replace manual jack. Easy to install but as other reviews have said, it only goes up but not down. Every tenth time, it will go down a few inches but then stops. Up always works. Remote does the same. You can hear it when you press the down arrow button but turns off after 2 seconds and nothing happens. Purchased 5 months before installation so I screwed on returning it. Lesson learned on that.

While I’ve installed several of these on different trailers, I was taken aback when it showed a picture of the jack with TWO Positive cables, although they were colored Red(traditional) Positive , Black(traditional) Negative/Ground. I ignored the documentation & chalked it up to a copy & paste error! Works as advertised so far. The other one lasted less than a year & drained my vehicle battery. Time will tell!

Used 3 times i think the control board went out. Will go up by itself and only up. Hand cranking is a joke need to be a muscle builder to crank it up and down

The media could not be loaded. In the past I have had others. This one is different. Great look and goes up or down with the click of a button(don't have to be holding the button the entire time) price is petty fair for what it does. Felt like i Had to add a review to it bc it truly deserves 5 stars!!!!

Jack works fine. It's handy to have the fob to operate the jack. The only problem I have with it is that it's just so slow. When you're jacking the trailer up, it takes forever.

I ordered this sealight 7500 pound tongue Jack is hope's of making the hitching and unhitching presses a little easyer with my travel trailer. But come to find out after only a few week and hardly any use at all, it has started to malfunction!Sometimes It refuses to work at all. And other times it's will work but only one in one direction. Lately it's been wanting to go up but won't lower down. And forget try to use the crank handle, it's almost impossible to turn manually and will break lose on you causing you knuckles to get banged up.All and all I can't say that I like this eletric tongue Jack very much, and it most definitely has been more trouble than my old manually crank Jack. Which by the way I still have and will be putting back on the trailer.The design of the Jack is nice and it looks good but it don't work right.
