Q: I have a new Sony 2 channel 100 watt receiver. Will this be enough to efficiently run these speakers?

These speakers, while they only look like a pair of floorstanding speakers, are actually 2 speakers built into one. You will have the tower speaker, AND a Dolby Atmos topper built into that tower speaker facing upward as well. However, you will need to run separate channels to both the top speaker, and the tower. This will require 4 channels in order to fully connect both of the R-26FA. That receiver will not work.
