Good Pump Pressure in QX60 - And It's Needed!
My daughter's QX60 has those big, meaty tires that grip like crazy on her QX60 land yacht SUV-slash-Sportscar beast and the steering was getting harder and harder to move when stationary. It wasn't groaning that much, which puzzled me, and it wasn't leaking - so it wasn't the rack and pinion. I took the chance it was the pump not making enough pressure to turn those huge tires very well, and so we just finished swapping out the old pump for this pump. It works beautifully! One thing I will point out is that I like not needing to remove the old pulley and clean it up and then press it onto the arbor of the new pump. If it's done wrong it can damage a pump and also pulleys get old and out of balance with time, so it's better to just have the new one on the pump. This one has the pulley so all we had to do was change out the pump and make sure to retighten the serpentine belt around the new pulley (we changed out the belt too - while we were in there). Easy!

Hole has to be grinded out!!!! Attn!
The holes in pulley are too small to put the mounting bolt all the way through… you will have to grind out the right side of one of the holes to get the bolt to go all the way in with enough room for the socket to fit on. I had to put it on figure this out remove and reinstall. I used a dremel with a grind wheel to make the hole bigger just on the right side of one of the holes about 3/16 bigger on the corner

Power Steering Pump with Pulley
This power steering pump with a pulley is essential because the pulley allows the pump to be driven by the engine belt, which in turn generates the hydraulic pressure needed to assist with steering, making it significantly easier to turn the wheels, especially at low speeds; without the pulley, the pump wouldn't be able to function and provide power steering assistance. I recommend this item.
