These are pretty good overall , they are thick enough to only need 1 and even then I find myself checking to see if I grabbed 2 by accident and it’s always just 1 . The large pack of 125 was great ! They fit in the hole in my dogs food stand and works great. The only thing I didn’t like was the packaging they came in . I think it was just a thin bag like what you put vegetables in at the grocery store . They arrived in an Amazon box and the bag they were packaged in was stuck to the tape used to seal the shipping box so it was ripped open when I opened the box . I just left them laying down in the box since they had no packaging to hold them together. I probably will put them in a 3 gallon ziplock but for now Iv just been taking a few out and putting them by the bowls in our cabinet. It’s not the worst flaw just a little inconvenient. They have no smell and hold upWell . It’s a good design and I would order them again but would open the end of the box instead of the top . I do like that they are compostable and made from sugar cane . It’s a natural byproduct of the manufacturing process of Sugar . It’s a great use for a resource that already existed. I do like that it’s not a paper product made from trees or plastic and can go back into the soil . It would be a 5 star product if it were not for the packaging flaw /shipping flaw .

I bought these to use with a group that shares potluck soups. The price is good, they’re eco-friendly and they held up well. I’ll re-order.

Saves a lot of soap and hot water when guests pop in unexpectedly and stay for dinner.

I served gumbo at an informal Christmas Eve party. Guest had to eat gumbo while standing up (not the best plan). These bowls held up great! They were sturdy enough for both the rice and the gumbo. If the portion filled the bowl to the brim, I added another underneath, but this was not for every serving. The guests were able to hold the bowls without heat coming through. All went well so i will purchase these again!

Bought these to try and aid in meal prep. They just fell apart after any notable length of time holding food. The bottom turned gelatinous, and they just turned to goo in my fridge. Might be good for food that is going to be eaten right away, but if anything is going to sit longer than an hour in these, they’re useless. Returned for a refund.
