I bought this for my daughter! She had one as a child but it strangely went missing but she had loved it so! It is a surprise pressie in this terrible year! I wish I could see her face when it is opened! She is now 47 and very tragically widowed 7 years ago! I know she will love this doll, remembering her beloved Raggedy Ann!

Raggedy Ann Classic Doll
This is a 100th Anniversary Edition of the popular Raggedy Ann doll. She is beautifully made and suitable from 18m+. Raggedy Ann comes dressed in the traditional long, white bloomers, blue patterned dress and white pinafore, with her name stitched across the apron. Red ribbons adorn her apron and the legs of her bloomers. With black, button eyes and a candy heart (which says, “I Love You”) this soft rag doll is the perfect present for any little girl. Author Johnny Gruelle wrote and illustrated the original stories to entertain his own little daughter and I was pleased to find that both the doll and the books are still available. I first brought a Raggedy Ann doll on a childhood holiday to America and will be happy to introduce my own daughter to the books and give her a Raggedy Ann of her own to treasure.

Nice doll
Bought this for my mother who as alzheimers because she use to tell me the raggedy ann story when i was little so it will become a heirloom to pass down throgh the generations in her memory, nice traditional rag doll nicely made.
