More sweet than sour. Also super highly pigmented and will stain your tongue or anything else it touches. Make sure you keep it off the counters or it might get stained

I bought these as an additive for my cotton candy loaded tea recipe and they are perfect!!Bought my second bottle! Still a great product and makes my loaded tea taste just like cotton candy!!
