Where have you been? Nothing is made in America. Even when they say it is, it has Chinese parts. Can’t help with dimensions. It’s big enough. Faucet is junk though.

You can paint the outside, by painting the inside of the bowl is not recommended. Why not just order a black sink from Home Depot?
