Bought not for jewellery but to look at skin. Good option for GP aas a simple and relatively cheap instrument for initial assessment of skin lesions.

I am very disappointed. This product states that there is UV light, but I am not sure that there is UV light in this product.There is no indication on the box about the UV light.Is the UV light integrated into the Led lights, or what?

Magnification great, very clear view, but LED stopped working after a few days. Replace batteries does,t help.

Came non functioning.No instructions.Opened the device, checked the batteries - 4 x 1.5V batteries: one completely empty, 3 at 0.8VReplaced batteries ==> now functioning. Nice device. Hope the LED will lastDoubtful if all the other 5 Star reviews are true??
