SUPCASE for Microsoft Surface Pro 11/10/9 Case with Kickstand
My Surface Pro 9 kickstand hinge broke. They wanted way too much money to fix. I decided to give this kickstand case a try. The kickstand case fit perfectly for my Surface Pro 9. Be warned this is a heavy case, but very sturdy. The kickstand to me is kind of flimsy and could be a little stronger when locked into different positions. Overall, I still gave it 5 stars.

Sturdy, prevents breaking internal kickstand
I really like that this prevents the kickstand in the device from being used. I actually broke a surface when using the kickstand, so I got this case to make sure I didn’t do it again. The case is very sturdy and I've been using it for a year or two now.

Best case for MS Surface Pro 11 Elite 12
It's a good case for the ms pro 11 but it would be great if it has front cover too for those that uses foldable bt keyboard, like me. Honestly it feels 80% protected due to the slot for the ms flex keyboard to go in but for those that don't use ms pro flex keyboard, add that hard front cover as well to protect the screen during transport or when in not use. I don't mind if it looks bulky. I want my equipment be super protected. And yes I have tempered glass but an additional detachable hard front cover would be awesome. Just like supcase for cellphones with belt clip and acts as a screen protector. SUPCASE, REVISE your design, you're getting there.

Quality build and good protection
Bulky but very protective. This would be something better suited for a child's case but I needed quick protection for a trip but I will say its a solid case for the money, provides great protection, its easy to put on, and accommodates all of the ports and buttons. The stand is just okay as it positions it at a bit too much of a slant but not bad.

#1 Supcase
I think this case is awesome. Tight and snug fit. Looks great and the kickstand is nice too. It’s adjustable with three snaps. Good case for your surface pro!!

No stylus clip outside for round pens
A little slippery on back side, but fit great. I wish it had an outside stylus holder integral.

Perfect for manufacturing environment
Very sturdy. No problems with using in a manufacturing production floor. Dropped it on cement floor and surface pro continues to work as usual.Great quality and value for the dollars I spent

Lasted less than a year - Warranty replacement a breeze
I purchased this SUPCASE case for my SP9. I'm all about being mobile - whether working outside the office, anywhere in the home, while traveling, etc. I need a case that protects my PC from accidental bumps. And this case does that job beautifully. The reason I bought this case over other cases came down to the kickstand. It tucked away nicely when not in use, and works perfectly and comfortably when I'm using it.TWO NEGATIVE THINGS - OFFSET BY ONE GREAT THINGOne negative aspect of this case is that the kickstand somewhat uncomfortably digs into my legs when I'm using the PC on my lap and I'm wearing shorts. For me, it's infrequent, but worth mentioning. The next negative aspect is relevant. After about 3 months of heavy use, the sturdiness of the kickstand became less sturdy. The decrease in sturdiness was gradual; almost imperceptible. But by month 6, the kickstand would give way consistently, and my PC would fall flat on its back. By month 10, it was nearly unusable. One might ask why I didn't contact the manufacturer and request some help. That's a good question and I don't have a good answer. I finally did just that. I filled out a very easy-to-complete form on the manufacturer's website. I received a response quickly. And within a few days, I had a new case at my door. Thanks SUPCASE! I'm not sure the new case won't have the same kickstand problem. But I found the customer support to be incredibly responsive and helpful.
