An Amazing Collection of Useful Tips and Suggestions!
This book was so helpful to me! It's chock-full of scientific research and applicable suggestions. The approach is thorough and covers various areas that contribute to stress. The suggestions work! I'm much more calm after employing techniques across various stress pathways. The writing is clear and easy to follow. The writer is compassionate and encouraging. This book is a game changer...at least for me. It's the kind of resource that one can reference repeatedly to glean new insights or ideas each time.I'm so glad I heard her speak/ picked up the book.

Clear and well researched
This is the first book review that I’ve ever written and this is because most books are regurgitations of prior writings- this book is not the aforementioned. Mithu lays out a clear and workable process in order to improve ones relationship to stress. This book has some great recommendations without becoming too prescriptive or dogmatic about how one should begin to ameliorate stress. What I loved most about the book is that it is heavily researched derived and sparsely anecdotal if at all. Books of this sort should only lay out the facts and allow the reader to discern what is applicable to thier own life, which is exactly what Dr. Storoni has accomplished in my opinion.

If you are a highly sensitive person like me, you should be in a stressful state for almost all of your life. In this book there are a lot of good practices, plans, and strategies to implement to get more resilient and enjoy your life.

Great tips!
This books had a lot of amazing pointers on how we actually have the control to manage our stress. We can blame it on outside circumstances or situations but a lot of how our stress is managed, depends on us, how we approach situations, how we think about tasks and what we can do to live in a growth mindset. Great book!

I truly enjoyed this book
I truly enjoyed this book! Dr Storini gives you countless ideas on how to be in the best physical and emotional state to handle stress. Each idea is backed up and detailed with scientific examples that are fascinating. I recomend this book for everyone no matter the amount on stress you endure or have experienced.
