Q: The descritpion says 90 degree but the product image shows a 270 degree cable. Which one is it??

it's 90 degree, meaning it is a right angle to the connector. Just like in plumbing you have a 90 degree or a 45 degree, the label is not based on which direction it points once it is connected. Yes, this would be pointing up if you tried to use it on modern connections. So if pointing up is wrong for your use, then do not purchase it.

Q: What is the cable length?

It’s just a few inches long. I needed it because my TV is mounted very close to the wall and there’s not enough space for a standard HDMI cable to fit between TV and wall. Sorry I can’t measure it because I don’t want to remove TV from mount.

Q: Cable installed how far will this stick out of the back of my tv? The hdmi port is flush to the back on the tv.

I used it so I can mount the tv on the wall because the regular ones kept breaking I have used this one for over a year now and no problem it sticks out about 3/4 of an inch

Sorry, I can't answer that question. We use the cable for a multi-camera system on our production machine. I can't tell you anything more than the listing states.
