Pink : Nuby UK Ice Bite Teether Keys, Pink

This toy is a hit for my 4 month old! She chews and pulls and shakes the little keys. Tried it frozen and she hated the cold. I like that the ring that holds keys is also padded and soft to keep her safe. She seems to enjoy chewing on the ring the most. Would be nice to have the option of removing a couple of the keys as it’s a lot for littles to handle and seems more appropriate to offer toy without the over stimulation of so many pieces.

I received these today. I put them in the steriliser for a clean before giving them to my 4 month old. Bad idea. I didn’t see anywhere on the packaging about cleaning and NOT to put them in the steriliser..... they are now burst, melted, and stuck together.. i have ordered more as they are on offer. I won’t be sterilising the next ones lol

Baby loves these, especially when fridge cold, although she mostly chews on the ring part. She can hold them easily and they aren’t too heavy for her. I just wish you could unattach the keys so one could always be in the fridge for example. Seems silly to have 3 keys all out of the fridge when she can only use one at a time anyway.

When I first brought this I liked it however my daughter started teething at around 3 months so her holding of items correctly was off so I still had to hold the teething apparatus for her.Fast forward to four months her control in holding her toy and it ending up in her mouth is a whole lot better.She loves the colours it’s good for her eye coordination the blue key in particular I find she is quite drawn to but that’s my observationI also purchased the Nuby mitten which once again I find does take some getting use to but over the time becomes a good chew toy for babies who are teething.I would recommend it as it stops wet sleeve cuffs on clothing or at least reduces it slightlyAnd remember to sterilise it before use and after a days play.

I was suprised that the packaging states that these keys are not suitable for ANY method of sterilisation which makes them unusable for babies under 12 months as all items must be sterilised before use according to the nhs website. The instructions say wipe clean only so it's not very sanitary for babies.I figured I can wipe them with a milton wipe after washing but it would have made more sense to make a baby item aimed at young babies suitable for sterilisation.
