Hi CK, the memory foam density is 50D or approximately 3.25 pounds per cubic foot.

Q: How do you wash it in the washing machine?

If using a washing machine, you can only wash the removable zippered outer cover. The inner foam core itself can be spot cleaned with soap and water. If you run the foam itself in the washing machine, it is likely to be torn apart. If you have any other questions, please let us know!

Q: Which size would be good for neck and shoulder problems

It really depends on your sleeping style. If you are a stomach sleeper, I'd recommend one of our thinner models like the 2.75" Ultra Slim or the 2.25" Hyper Slim. If you are a side sleeper, you may want to try the slightly higher 3.25" Super Slim version. It also depends on what is causing your neck and shoulder problems.
