I already tested it out had my 3 grandbabies in it all day and it held up for an all day zoo trip. I haven't tested the beach trip but that is coming. Overall it came with no damages and the only thing I struggled with was assembling the canopy but other than that it was easy to assemble.

Let me start by saying this.........I've had this wagon for over two years now and it's not worth the price or the annoyance of putting it together. In theory, this wagon sounds and looks great! In reality, it's the total opposite. I'm sitting here looking for a better quality wagon. Save yourself the headache and money.Details of why it sucks:The first wagon I received was missing the push handle AND the cargo basket piece. I sent it back and ordered another one, hoping it wasn't missing any parts.The second wagon came and all the parts were there. Hurray! I started to assemble the wagon and there were no clear instructions on how to assemble this thing. Anyway, I figured it out BUT, as someone else mentioned in their review, some of the parts don't go into each other as smoothly as you would think. I had to unscrew pieces that were originally screwed in by the manufacturer, in order to make the handles fit. The cargo basket wasn't going onto the bar easily until I finally used enough force to make it fit.After two months the cargo basket just fell off and everything it was holding fell to the floor as I crossed the street! Mind you, it wasn't holding anything heavy....a baby bottle, one sippy cup, a wipes pouch, a canister of cheerios and my small crossbody bag....... so embarrassing to be in the middle of the street picking up my and my baby boys stuff! Once I arrived home, I tried putting the cargo basket back on and it just didn't hold; I had to throw it away because it was useless. So disappointed because without the cargo basket, there really isn't anywhere else to put your things.The canopy/sunshade is pointless, it doesn't stay in place. It keeps popping off.The wagon doesn't have any cushion anywhere. No cushioned seat area, no cushion to cover the exposed metal bars. The first time I used it, both of my boys (2 years old & 1 year old) hit the back of their heads against the metal bars that are situated right behind where they are supposed to sit. Everytime I use this thing, I have to add a baby blanket to each side so the metal isn't exposed.The wagon is also very wobbly; at first it rode smoothly but after a couple of months, it has become extremely wobbly and loud. Mind you, I don't use it often because I'm so annoyed by it LOL so I was surprised that it started to be wobble.I give it one star because yes, it is easy to maneuver in either the push or pull mode but that's about it. I've been searching for a better quality wagon.

This had all the potential to be good and for the right price, but it broke almost immediately. The front wheels kept catching on each other causing it to just not push or pull correctly.Had to return.

Wonderful customer service!!! Quick to respond and fixed an issue timely. Works great! Exactly what I was wanting but a fraction of the price of name brand

Wagon is very sturdy

Had to order it 3 times before it was actually delivered. Because it was actually shipped was charged twice. Only received 1. Instructions on how to put together only pictures. Writing hard to see and very small. Daughter likes it.

I love this wagon it makes it so easy to cart groceries around children it fits my 8-year-old and my 2-year-old comfortably inside of this wagon. It allows my 2-year-old to lay down if she wants to instead of having to sit in a cart the entire time we're at a grocery store which is let's admit very uncomfortable. It also is big enough for my 8-year-old to lie down relatively comfortably obviously not straight but comfortably inside of it if he gets over stimulated or tired while we are out and about. I love the fact that it has a side that you can put up a hand push railing as well as the bar on the other side to pull it like a wagon because my 2-year-old can sit in the wagon while we do our grocery shopping and my 8-year-old can either push or pull the wagon based off of what I feel like doing at the time so he can feel like he's contributing and helping Mommy pull or push the wagon while we're at the grocery store. I love that you can make a 90° turn with this wagon because of the wheels at the front being so close together and basically free spinning. This wagon has been a game changer for my family and grocery shopping or simply going out and doing things outside of the house with my children. It is perfect for ADHD/Autistic families with children who get over stimulated or tired easily and also adults who are ADHD/Autistic and have a hard time performing everyday tasks in what would be considered an "average" way.
