Either way. They are made to be added seamlessly but you can keep them separate. The expansion adds to the rules and keywords so just be sure to keep the rule sheet that goes with it.

Hello, the information I have found this expansion pack contains the following: rule sheet and 100 cards. The breakdown is as follows: 70 Hero cards (14 black cat, 14 moon Knight, 14 Scarlet Spider, 14 Spider woman, 14 Symbiote Spider-Man), 5 carnage mastermind cards, 5 mysterio mastermind cards, 16 villain cards (8 maximum carnage and 8 Sinister Six), 4 Scheme scenarios (Invade the Daily Bugle News HQ, Splice Humans with Spider DNA, The Clone Saga and Weave aWeb of Lies). Unfortunately I can't tell you whether this contains blank cards from the information I have found on this expansion pack.
