Stellar, a huge jump from my old Jabra, great sound, great mic pickup, does a decent NC for the other parties on the cals/zoom.I use this at my full time WFH, I average about 5/6 hours of calls/zoom each day. I'm very picky about call quality, these are fantastic.If I had to be picky, the only real thing I'd change was the off white plastic for the base.

The Poly Sync 40 Smart Speakerphone has been a fantastic addition to my setup. Connecting via USB or Bluetooth is simple, and the Poly app makes updates and sound adjustments super easy. The sound quality is good—maybe not quite as rich as the Jabra Speak2 75, but given the price difference, it’s still excellent. I use two daisy-chained units for meetings, which is ideal for ensuring everyone in the room can hear and be heard clearly, even during sidebar conversations.One of the best features is its ability to drown out background noise, meaning participants can hold quick side conversations without disrupting the meeting, something that was a real issue when we just used a laptop. The background noise cancellation is great, and I no longer have to keep asking people to be quiet so everyone can hear clearly.The only small downside is that it could use a bit more volume control, especially for those with hearing issues, but everyone else in the room finds the volume just right. For Teams, Zoom, or hybrid work meetings, this is a solid, portable speakerphone that delivers great performance at a reasonable price.
