Q: How large of an area will this repaint? Bought an older Ranger with a few chips in the hood and side that need resprayed.

This is more for small areas. It's got about the amount of paint that a bottle of nail polish would have. Good for some small scratches and rust areas. But it won't cover large scratches and marks.

Q: Is this the Oxford white oem?

Yes but it won't be the same quality as a spray gun but unless you look closely it'll be pretty much spot on.
