Very nice par product is poor quilety

The product is good but experience with whirlpool is very very worst.The insulation engineer came and he request to install the filter for the washing machine it is like a rude behaviour. He said like if we are not install the filter the warranty we cannot claim. De filter cost is around 2K to 4k and they are forced us to install the filter. I have denied there request so he did not install the washing machine and he got the signature for me and he said like in future for service the check sheet will be check for this service and I have mention there is a no filter so you won't be claim your warranty he said like this. I raised the ticket with Whirlpool but they confirm that sign done by you in installation chart and we can't do anything like that they said.So I request a people who going to buy this product please ensure installation and demo given properly from the engineer after that sign the document otherwise don't do

Looks good and little bit silence performance hot wash is good cleaning the clothes upto the markbut I don't think so it's 7.5kg it's very compact and looks like 6kg washing machine and The technician Said The zero pressure technology not upto the mark I didn't checked it because we are using manually right now and more thing is it's not rotating the clothes in a 360 degree manner I mean the bottom clothes are not coming upwards and not going clothes down it's rotating only left and right. I didn't observed spirrow technology these all are only advertising purpose I think so.
