Cleaner is not the same as a Descaler. Cleaner removes residue from washing machine, and is supposed to remove odours inside the drum - especially if you tend to use any powdery detergent or fabric softener and such. We did see small amount of dirt / grime in the water expelled.The product has a 5 year expiry - but Apr 2025, you receive something mfg in Feb 2023 (so not fast moving goods). But because heat and humidity can affect chemicals, one hopes that the warehouse storage was proper.The product was delivered properly sealed. Manufactured in Germany. If you pay a steep price, you want the genuine thing.

Washing machine cleaning powder is good but little bit expensive same like market price
