ADCAdscope 615 Platinum Sculpted Clinician Stethoscope with Tunable AFD Technology, Light Blue

I thought I was losing my hearing because I purchased 2 littmans from Amazon and couldn’t hear anything. Then I tried this stethoscope and i can hear loud and clear. Now hopefully this one lasts but so far so good.

Unfortunately I can only hear low-pitched sounds with this, and barely. Other scopes are much easier to hear high-pitched sounds, even $10 nurse stethoscopes .And yes I tried many different positions and amounts of pressure on the head. It just always sounds muffled. Bad design. Also rubber rips and head falls off if kept in pocket. Just not worth the money.
