Q: My clutch slips and makes a slipping shoe on housing sound and doesnt grab when its supposed to. Its on a brand new predator. Why would that be?

First, check chain tension and the sprocket teeth on clutch. They get worn down and slipping occurs there. Second, spray it thoroughly with solvent, or brake cleaner, dirt builds up in between the parts and can reduce its performance. Last, take it off and clean it and reassemble it, that's what I do and it does better.

Q: will this work on an electric bicycle motor

I don't think it will as far as i know these clutches are used for mini bike and go cart applications

Q: Do i have to add high temp grease?

Grease wasn't recommended when i ordered the clutch and I've had no problems with it
