Q: Can i use this primer after i sand my project then i can paint it afterwards right?

Yes, You can. Use grease and wax remover before you prime it. Wet sand it after it drys . Use a very fine sand paper.

Q: Can I use this primer with duplicolor paint?

This etching primer gets the aluminum surface prepared very well and I have painted over it with great results using Rustleum and Duplicolor enamel paints

Q: why does "Surface Recommendation" say "Plastic & Vinyl"? Isn't this for metal?

Must be a webpage typo.?? Vinyl and plastic surface makes no sense. I used the primer on bare and lightly sanded painted metal. Works great.
