I absolutely love this book! It is well-researched, informative, and extremely helpful for navigating through all the latest healthcare trends. I love that it contains information about how to live in a healthy way in every area of your life, not just your diet or your sleeping habits for example. The chapters progress in a logical order and are well laid-out. It's not a difficult read and I appreciated the fact that it doesn't brand itself as a certain lifestyle (i.e. vegan, paleo, etc.) so it can help anyone. I know this will be a book I come back to time and time again to use as a reliable resource for healthy living.

I am 70 years and I love this book..It is for women of all ages. It has chapters on diet, emotions, exercise and health issues. I call it my "Go to book for very aspect of a women's life." It is a great reference book for a whole bunch of ideas to try. I highly recommend this book.
