This is a very tasty easy to take tablet that melts in your mouth instantly. It’s a great way to get more B12 into my body! I have better energy, am sleeping better, and feel that this product has a high level of quality ingredients making it a great deal!

They both taste good and raised my b12 levels a lot. CMP came back showing my levels were really low, but after taking these for a few months they came right up. They also taste good and dissolve the mouth quickly.

The flavour is good and I like the way it dissolves.

It is easily palatable, tastes good a sublingual formulation with a good test. Methylcobalamine is easily absorbed and preferable. If you have digestive issues, better to take it after breakfast or lunch time. Once you have reached the target level, switch to maintenance doses, as a higher prolonged intake may have a rebound effect.

So far it’s great I Do share with my daughter so I won’t last me a month, I can’t afford to buy double each month, but it’s great

Taste great but too expensive in my option. Why can’t vitamins be filled up more? So little in the bottle. Good tasting but I don’t notice any differences yet but I never can tell that quick with vitamins so that’s normal.
