Great drownings, very detailed, great publication for warships modelling

The book is a great reference guide for making a great job of the kit

Beautifully illustrated and detailed description of the ill-fated ship. This is a very helpful addition for model makers and naval historians to complement the broader accounts of the ship's construction and war service.

Good publication but could have done with an accurate colour chart page with Humbrol, Tamiya, Revell approximate colours for painting models.

The book is ok with the exception of the text. Clearly no one checked the text before printing or the person checking the text has a limited working knowledge of English. An example is the statement that PoW had 90 UP installations instead of 3. The book is not to the same standard as Stefan Draminski work. That said I am finding it useful for some close up detail

Kagero社Super Drawingsシリーズ新作はHMS PRINCE OF WALES（1941年最終時）です。 右左舷側面、平面図（1/300程度？）を11ページに分割掲載後、 艦首から艦尾方向へ 甲板上および各構造物のクローズアップ3Ｄ画像を 70ページにわたり掲載しています。 添付図面は右左舷側面、平面図（1/350）と主砲をはじめとする各種装備品4面図（1/50～1/200）です。 各部のディテールがわかりやすく表現されており、このシリーズならではの3Ｄ画像を活用した 良い表現方法だと思います。 ただ、今までの同シリーズでも色々指摘されていたように多少疑問が残る部分もあり、 今号でも船体外板表現がほとんどない点や後部Ｘ砲塔上の4連ポンポン砲の防循形状など 気にかかるところが各所にあるので資料としての信頼性は少し低くなってしまいます。 もちろん写真、図面からは得られないビジュアル要素は充分お勧めできるものなので、 資料というよりも3Ｄ作品集として楽しむのが妥当ではないでしょうか。
