Excellent tap, looks great

It is good, functional in general. But started leaking after about 8 months of use. The seller contacted me to offer a replacement or a full refund and I prefer the refund. No further questions asked.

Please be aware that this version only has 18 cm reach, despite the description of 20cm. It wont be a problem for those with single sinks but we have a triple sink so need the extra reach. I have just ordered the Suguword black handle version and this does have the 20cm reach. Solid looking tap, I've had this brand before, they get well used in our house, and usually get to 4 years before looking scruffy or starting to fail. Given the price compared to a major brand I consider them very good value. Its that kind of house, if I paid £200 someone would find a way to wreck it!!! I find the spray really useful. One thing to inspect for damage out of the box are the hot and cold flexi connectors. For some reason these are now packed into a smaller place than is ideal, and so are bent in a couple of places.

Purchased the product in September 2024. It was easy to install. The spout is short and if you use it to wash your hands or wash of an item where you have to use both of your hands, water goes everywhere. The hose is okay, but when using it, it only leaves you with one hand free so for large items, i.e. large pot or glass pyrex dish its difficult to rotate and get all the soap off when rinsing. The item has now developed a fault but now it has developed a fault (see photos and video) with a hole in the hose pipe under the hose covering and there is no way to contact the seller. It seems like the metal string rings have pierced the pipe rubbing against it. Personally, I would not recommend.

Well worth the money, very easy to install and works great. Arrived in good time too.

Bought this tap in early May but it has just cracked and started leaking out of the side of the black plastic handle of the spray head. Have emailed the company, let's see what happens...
