easy to store and use, didn't need to soak and very easy to handle for making the sausages. filled well, cooked nicely, will purchase again

Made some pork and caramelised red onion sausages with these and I was so surprised how easy they are to use! My only problem is that I prefer the natural casing skin as they're much easier to work with in general (and taste better) but I think that's the trade-off with collagen skins in general. That being said, these are easier to store, good to work with and still make a fabulous sausage!

Well I find it very difficult to do you really need two people one to hold the sausage meat casing and one to feed the meat through. Best to soak it in warm water before you start as well.

I had never used collagen casings before but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy they were to use. I was concerned that they would be brittle and crack since they're dried but they didn't happen once. I cold smoked the sausages I made then grilled them to finish and the had a nice snap to them while eating. Will use again.
