i bought this bakhoor holder..once i placed my bakhoor on there and let it arome around the room come back to empty it the colour started to come off it and go all over the holder and my hand..i cleaned it off let ir dry wait until my next round..when it came to the next round of burning the bakhoor the same thing kept happening..its a beautifull burner i would like it to be replaced or send me out a new one as it looks really beautifull and will be disappointed if i had to throw it away.

I bought this incense burner for my fathers birthday as he was clearly due for a new considering the one he had was over 15 years old. It really is a good incense burner! It works perfectly fine, HOWEVER, the paint it already coming off, I’ve had it for just over a week and the paint is melting off!? I’m disappointed, thought it’d be a perfect gift

Received next day with prime delivery. Clear instructions and it’s gorgeous!!! 100% would recommend. Coals fit with loads of room (I use swiftlite). Can’t recommend anymore, it would make an amazing gift! Jazak’Allah Khair.

Ornate, decorative, easy to use. As described, scents the room very well. Blended in well with decor. Maybe more colour options for the future? a nice buy :)

not much I can say it is beautiful, it is a nice decorative peace. I take it to my mom, my dad and sister's cemetery and light insense and do my prayers.

I was a bit hesitant to have a hot charcoal tablet inside of the burner which is mainly made of a hard plastic resin but it works well. No burned plastic stink or melting. The burner is lined with a brass colored steel cup and steel mini screen to keep the direct heat off the plastic. The charcoal is prone to going out when the perforated lid is on but keeping the off is no problem either. Just be mindful of using it outside when windy if you keep the lid off.
