Great pump, quiet and I'll tell you how it works
The pump is larger than I expected only because I didn't read the dimensions on the product page, and I needed it regardless of its size. I made the assumption from the first picture on Amazon that it was a little larger than a soda can but it's closer to a 12 pack. My pump is mounted in a separate pump room so I wouldn't hear it, but it has large rubber feed and is pretty quiet and probably wouldn't be heard if mounted under your sink. We live on an island in the Caribbean and collect drinking water from our roof during the rain. My concern was the salt air and what that, and other airborne contaminates, could do to my drinking water over time. I already have a good filtration system for my house, but I needed something to reduce the TDS, so an RO system seemed to be the solution. 3-way TDS meter should arrive today. I needed this pump to keep my house water pressure low to reduce my usage volume. I send the RO wastewater to a barrel and pump it out to my plants via a drip system. This pump does NOT increase the pressure to your RO faucet. There seems to be some confusion in the Q&A. It does increase the speed that the RO system delivers filtered water to you because of the higher pressure to the RO element. Here's how the RO pump works on my system. I have a cistern, not a public water source, with a house pump that turns on at 30 PSI and off at 50 PSI. When the RO pump is off, the RO pump pressure gauge matches my pressure gauge on my house pump, which is the same inlet pressure to my RO systems first 3 filters. As I use regular water in my house both gauges move down because pressure is decreasing. You do not need a check valve on your feed water inlet when using this RO pump. Before my pump arrived, I called the Express water support and asked the question. I was told the RO element contains a check valve and I have verified this by disconnecting the inlet water and the RO tank pressure stays constant. I also asked them what the pressure to the RO faucet was off of the RO system and pump but sadly received the broken record answer of the tank being preset to 6-10 PSI, no matter how I asked the question. I gave up because I knew I'd figure that out once the pump arrived. The RO pump monitors the pressure of the RO pressure tank. What I found once I connected the RO pump is that its cut in PSI (RO pump turns on) is around 15 and cut out is around 36 PSI. So, the pressure to my RO faucet is 36 PSI max. As I use RO water, the pressure drops and around 15 PSI the RO pump turns on. Pressure will still decrease on your RO faucet because the system is not designed to filter water that quickly. It does finish the RO cycle much faster than without the pump, so your recovery time is much shorter if you use a lot of RO water. If you're considering purchasing an additional RO pressure tank because your system cannot meet the RO demands of your household, I'd strongly recommend purchasing this RO pump as a better solution. Even though a second pressure tank would double your capacity, you have a higher chance of the water becoming stagnant in the system, or in one tank or the other as the internal bladders wear out.

No accesories to install
Very poor experience with express water products. I ordered the pump whcih is supposed to include the “T” fitting and tubing to install and of course they are not there will have to purchase myself. Also ordered the pressure gauge and only received an empty package from them. Only option is to “return” the items which I did not get.

Works great. Pretty quiet.
My house has somewhere between 40 and 45 psi, barely meeting the minimum requirement for installing a reverse osmosis system. Everything I've read indicates that there is less water waste and a higher quality water output when the water pressure is around 70 psi, which led me to buy this pump. With the tank valve closed, water would previously just barely dribble out of the faucet. With the pump, water now comes out in a steady stream and fills the tank in less than an hour. The pressure gauge is nice to have built-in, and it works well. The output pressure is adjustable, and I did have to turn it down from the factory default to keep the pressure in the 70psi range. The pump is quiet, and I actually consider being able to hear it as a bonus, since I now know when the tank is being refilled. The unit is bigger than I expected, but it's still not too big - maybe the size of a shoe box. The dimensions are readily available in the description, but I just didn't pay attention before purchasing it. I've had it installed for about a week, and I'm very happy so far.

This pump is so much larger that the pics make it look,
This pump is so much larger that the pics make it look, Just know it will need a sturdy shelf to sit on. It will only increase the water flow at the working slightly , I was hoping for more. The benefit is that the increase water pressure is supposed to improve the filtering process, or so they say in the instructions. I like this filter system as the water in my area is supper bad, the filtered water freezes ne’e Crystal clear.

Customer service is great. Pump has issues
First pump I received started leaking right away. They sent me a new one worked great. Very easy to set up and use. Then the second one stopped working. They sent me a third on so far so good. Customer service is great I hope this one last a few years.

I received the first booster pump and out of the box it wasn’t working. I purchased the booster pump for the RO unit I purchased from them. The RO unit is great. The water is fantastic. It’s alkaline, it’s soft and has such a pure clean taste. Anyhow I am on a well and the water pressure is a little low and inconsistent so I figured the pump would solve it. The first pump did not work so I contacted the company. Now because of COVID their company was closed to the most part and the customer service was working out of home. I thought that this was going to turn into a major problem and marathon but to my surprise they returned my call and email the following day. I explained the issue and they needed to have a service guy call me. I thought here we go but a few hours later I received the call. He asked me to send a video of the pump issue and he told me he would send out a new pump by the next day. It was four days later and I received the new pump. Switched out the first pump for the new one in about 2 mins due to their really simple way of their connectors. Very simple assembly. Pump functions beautifully I set it for just under 80 psi and it runs smoothly and quietly. Increased pressure at the tap is fantastic. Fills a glass in no time. Great products and superior service. I highly recommend this product and company.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I hooked it up right out of the box and turned on the water it leaked water out of the bottom of the pump. Not a small leak but the entire amount of water coming from the input line. The leak is clearly from inside the pump and not any of the fittings. Also none of the fittings and water line came with the pump as indicated on the purchase page. Since I didn't get a chance to hook it up until after the return period I am left with something that is completely useless.

Looks like a good product. Much larger than I thought it might be. Only issue was that after I stripped down my RO and changed all filters I discovered the T-fitting to the tank is 1/4 inch. My tank line to RO is 3/8. Had to order a 3/8 to 1/4 T. Not a big deal. Just wished I had checked it out before draining my system.
