Emily Carr: Collected

I have read many books about Emily and bought this for a friend. It is a good over view of her life. Illustrations are wonderful.

Small and beautiful I love it I just wish it was hard cover

I am so glad Emily was strong enough to step out and use her talents. I would like to have known her! This book is wonderful! I use it for eye candy and for inspiration for rug hooking/punching.

A beautiful small book of treasures. Emily Carr is well known in British Columbia, much less so in the U.S., which is a shame. Having seen her work at the Museum of Victoria and seeing my husband's response to the magnificently vibrant paintings on display, I bought this as a gift for him. The reproductions are wonderful, the writing is a very good introduction to the inimitable Ms. Carr. Emily Carr: Collected

She was an interesting and talented Canadian Artist. Here paintings put you in the Canadian Rockies. If you can’t see the originals this is next best. A Canadian Icon Artist
