I started taking these probiotics after a round of antibiotics, and they’ve been amazing! My digestion feels back to normal, and I love that it’s made in the USA with no fillers. Really happy with the quality and effectiveness.

Effects after 3 days of taking it for IBS-C: * smooth 💩 twice a day vs awful strained constipated 💩 only twice a week * no bloating, strain, gas I've been reading Dr. Davis' book Super Gut and have been watching videos of people fermenting fruit with S Boullardi so I decided to try it out for myself. Pills are good, but getting an active strain from a food source is so much better. Plus, you get 10x or more the amount of CFUs and it's more cost effective. I tried fruit fermenting with my Jarrow brand SB I'd been taking and nothing had happened. It was dead. Can't believe I paid $41 for it and I've been taking literally silicon dioxide at a premium price. So I read reviews and decided to try this brand. Love that the only ingredient in the capsule is S Boullardi. Not a fan of additives especially the magnesium stearate that's in other brands like the insanely expensive Florastor. Now keep in mind that if you culture in apple sauce or fruit juice (S Boullardi LOVES the fruit sugars in them), you need to buy pasteurized ones with no additives or stabilizers. Best juice to culture with is one with pulp. I went with a Sprouts brand where the ONLY ingredient is organic apples. Of course, you can culture SB in any kind of fruit. I've seen it done with bananas even, which is very cost effective. For directions on how to do countertop ferments of S Boullardi, check Dr. Davis and others on YouTube. So I opened 2 capsules of Pure Therapro Rx in a 24-oz jar of apple sauce and 2 capsules in a 32-oz bottle of apple juice. Mixed them in with a clean utensil. Within 2 hours, I had bubbles forming in both. Which is a sign that the yeast is active and live. The apple sauce was fermenting so vigorously, it tried to escape the jar 😆 and I had to move it to a bigger one with a burping lid. So don't waste your money on other brands that may be feeding you dead SB. This brand is the way to go. Btw, I am in no way associated with the manufacturer of this product. This set my biome straight after a course of antibiotics. Price was good. Delivery was fast. I used 2 capsules, 2 times per day for 5 days.

I’ve been using this product for several months, and it was even recommended by my naturopathic doctor. It has helped significantly with SIBO, bloating, constipation, and overall microbiome balance. I take two capsules a day, and it’s made a noticeable difference in the gut issues I’ve been dealing with. I’ve tried many other probiotics, but this one truly works, though it’s important to introduce it gradually. I also appreciate that it’s a natural product from the same brand my naturopath uses and recommends.

They found it in the late stage, he’d had it several years and had no idea. They labeled it stomach cancer as it was in his stomach but they could not detect where it started. A couple years later, my mom was at the dentist office reading the magazines in the waiting room. She came across an article about a bad gut bacteria called Helicobacter Pylori, commonly known as H. pylori. The article listed the symptoms, and when to see the Dr. The article warned that untreated h. Pylori can cause stomach cancer, so it caught her attention. She had every symptom and went to see her Dr. Sure enough, she tested positive. She took the prescription antibiotic treatment for it. And felt better. She recants this story to me 25 years later, after I complained to her of strange pain in my stomach after eating. And recommends I go see my Dr and ask to be tested. As much as I despise going to the Dr I knew I had to, so I went and sure enough, I tested positive for H. Pylori. The antibiotic treatment was hell on earth. I experienced severe levels of anxiety I had never experienced before. The dr told me it was a sign the antibiotics were working and to keep taking them. It sucked. At my check up, my dr asked me to find Saccharomyces Boulardii and begin taking it, He felt it would aid my stomach after the antibiotic treatment. So I tried Florastor and was constipated so badly I didn’t know if I’d ever get through it. Since then, I have tried a few other brands of S. Boulardii but never really felt like they worked. Until now. This brand is special. It is incredibly gentle on the gut yet potent. I went a couple weeks without taking them like I should, and began feeling terrible all over. This is how you know you’re taking good probiotics, regardless of which strand - Quality probiotics work without you realizing it. Please be aware that die off symptoms can happen with any Quality probiotic supplement and can be uncomfortable. Doing your due diligence prior to taking a new probiotic and talking to a healthcare professional knowledgeable on this topic is your best bet at success. This is a great brand, a great product and a great deal. My family and I will continue taking them. I highly recommend.

These are a swallow-able size. Good for helping your gut bacteria, when you have to take antibiotics. Just be sure to take 6 hours apart from antibiotics. That has been my best experience - check with your doctor!

Bought this for my husband and he’s really finding it helpful and taking it every day now. Will consider re-purchase if he needs another bottle.
