Fake it til you make it
So I'm writing this review in conjunction with the dummy cards that look the same but are just LED's. Something to note, if you are doing like I did with a 4 slot MOBO, put the cards with the actual memory in the first and last slot. I had an issue where only the cards with memory were being recognized by ICUE. After shuffling them into this configuration, they were all recognized and now work flwalessly. There is a little lag time between changing the RGB settings and physically seeing them, but its not unreasonable. All in all, they look and work great. I currently have 2 cards with 16GB memory each, and these are great placeholders until I feel the need to upgrade further. Plus they match their real memory counterparts perfectly.

One of the brightest, best looking RGB modules around!
I've used several different brands of RGB RAM. Corsair's Pro series is by far the smoothest animated, brightest, and most colorful model I've tried. It has 10 LED segments per module compared to most competitors' 5 or 8 segments. It has a large selection of vibrant color modes. The iCue software is intuitive and fluid. In Linux, these modules are supported by OpenRGB. It can control all of the modes that this RAM supports, just like iCue in Windows. This particular kit is not RAM, but it offers identical lighting to the Corsair Pro RGB RAM to fill in those empty slots with more vibrant color.

Finishes up an rgb build on the fly
Look people, this is not memory and it is made by Corsair so yes you will pay a premium. That said, I have 4 dims on my Asus z490 Prime-a, 2 of which were taken by 32gb of 3600 MHz rated Vengeance RGB ram, you can find the ram here: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-2x16GB-PC4-28800-Optimized/dp/B082DGZJ9C/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=CMW32GX4M2D3600C18&qid=1615220664&sr=8-1 This left me with 2 empty dimms, my ocd kicked in and I was going to purchase another 32gb set of ram, but this would do essentially the same thing I needed for about $160 less; I'll never utilize 64gb of ram anyways. Great purchase and it installed flawlessly, Icue picked it up instantly and synced it with my profile. (Icue is the software that powers all your corsair fans, OC temperature protection and ofc the rgb) I could have taken off a star for value, as it's yet another pricey investment for aesthetics. But if you are here, then you know what Corsair is and why it's a tad more. Been using Corsair for everything religiously for years. Just upgraded my last pc case and power supply both corsair products, both still functional after nearly 11 years. Their build quality is second to none and they take gamers/enthusiasts into consideration when engineering their products. The only Corsair items I do not use are keyboards, mice and anything audio. Although I am thinking about switching from my black widow ultimate to a corsair keyboard, idk tough decision. I've tried the scimitar rgb mouse (they side keys just ride too low to the frame) - I prefer my old school razer naga. They've since gotten out of the speaker system business thank god, and the point is they know their strengths and weaknesses. Their audio looked awesome aesthetically but they could never figure out how to put a quality product out there so they shifted that focus to all their other items which they do a fantastic job at. Are all their products the absolute best spec/performance wise? Not all the time, but their performance is solid and nobody can touch their build quality and aesthetics. Hence the reason I did not take a star back for value, the price is in line with their other RGB components such as fans, light strips and a 3rd party strimer if that's your thing. If your putting the final touches on your build, this should be a no brainer.

Looks great for what they are intended for!
It does the job, it provides the aesthetics that I care for. Granted my other pair of RAM sticks are different brand, the asymmetry doesn't hurt the overall aesthetics much and they will make great future gap closers for white RGB builds. You don't truly appreciate the quality of the brand name until you've had enough experiences with stuff not going right. So far my experiences with Corsair products have been bulletproof! I only wish I have a QVL set of 64gb RAM to go with these Corsair modules for my specific MB+CPU combo.

Beautiful “Ram” rgb lights
Listen as far as RAM cards go they are as easy to install as the next. What sets these apart from the rest is how stunning they are once you get the RGB set how you want. I had two 16gb cards but no rgb on them in just plain black. I didn’t really want to spend $200 to get rgb ram but wanted the look. This seemed to solve all my problems. It honestly overpowers the ram I previously had installed so you can’t even really notice their blandness. All in all I’m pleased with my purchase. I gave the price 4 stars because I think 24.99 would be the target price point for a fake RAM.

Awesome way to fill empty dimm slots, but a little pricey if you ask me
This is an awesome product by corsair. If you have 4 ram slots and only have or plan on occupying 2 slots, this is a perfect add on for you. I was able to add RGB capabilities in all 4 dimm slots without technically buying 4-3200mhz vengeance ram sticks. This gave me 2 sticks of RGB only vengeance sticks to add to my 2- 16 GB, 3200mhz in total 4 to completely fill the dimm slots which in return looks amazing. I didn't like the look of 2 ram stick layout as the gap looked funny to me yet didn't want to spend the money on 2 more ram sticks. This gave me what I wanted for a lower price. Looks awesome btw. One thing I disliked about the product was the price. $40 seems a little steep for just RGB especially when the real ram sticks aren't very much more. I'm still debating on whether or not to just buy 2 more ram sticks. 2 more 8gb 3200mhz sticks I have found as low as $90 so just RGB for half the price seems a little high if you ask me. Other than that I love the product. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Excellent little kit for those wanting a little extra RGB for their PC. Recommend for those like me if you have some non RGB RAM and a couple of spare slots. Looks great and syncs nicely with other Corsair iCue products.

I recently picked up the Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 Light Enhancement Kit and I’m really happy with how it looks in my setup. While it doesn't contain any built-in memory, it's perfect for enhancing the aesthetic of your rig. The price is great for what you're getting—especially if you're looking to fill out the empty RAM slots on your motherboard to complete that full-RGB look. The lights function exactly like the standard Corsair RGB memory, syncing beautifully with iCUE for a seamless lighting experience. The packaging was solid and professional, and everything worked right out of the box with no issues. I give this product a full 5 out of 5 stars. If you already have Corsair RGB RAM and want to visually fill your DIMM slots without buying more memory, this is a fantastic and budget-friendly solution. I highly recommend it for anyone focused on aesthetics and clean build symmetry.
