I was so excited to receive this item, but was quickly disappointed. The colors are beautiful, but contrary to what the description states, they are most definitely not waterproof, long-wearing, or flake-free. I tried every way I could think of to apply these shadows and within minutes they crack and flake. You can't put them over or under shadows and you can't build color, it just makes the cracking, flaking, and gunking up worse. I immediately threw them all away.

These shade shifting glitters are super pretty! They apply easily and dry pretty fast. I wouldn't reccomend layering too many coats because it will flake off, but with the right amount of product they look beautiful and lasted me almost 5hrs (they probably would have lasted longer but that's how long I wore my makeup out before coming home to wash it off) Overall if you are looking for affordable liquid glitter shadows these would probably work well for you.
