What does keyed different/same actually means? If we order many of them? And title says "lockS", how many is that?

Keyed different means every lock you order will come with its own key code. Keyed alike means all locks you order will use the same key code/key.

I ordered (2) of these that were keyed alike, if i place another other for (1) that is also "keyed alike", will all of the keys work on all 3 locks?

What I can tell you is that I ordered these locks about three years ago. Recently one of them stopped latching, so I ordered them again, and they were still keyed the same.
