Snapped after less than 10 uses.
I originally liked this product, however am VERY disappointed that after less than ten uses it snapped and no longer useable. Apparently the tubing is not good quality-looks like I’ll be wasting more money and replacing it with a better quality tube.

Easy to use
I like these more than bands because the handles give me a better grip. When I start to sweat, the bands slip from my hand...I’ve smacked myself in the face more than once!

Good for shoulder workouts.
Works as expected. It came with graphic instructions for different kind of workouts. Personally I feel it is good for shoulder workout, but probably isn't very effective on other kind of workouts.
