This is real Ethiopian teff!the delivery was on time, it tastes amazing as usual and the packaging is super cute and they offer a lot of recipes that I didn’t even know teff could be used in!

Great Gluten Free flour
Teff is a great GF flour which I use for artisan baking for Church events. It's got an earthy, almost chocolate like backtaste, so is useful when I want to make a more substantial GF bun or sweet bake that uses cocoa. This particular product went down very well with our GF friends, and I have had requests for this to be made for our Spring Fayre. Picture is of Bialy made for recent Lent Lunch, substituting Teff for dark rye and half/half with white GF baking mix. Unless I am making traditional African items, I tend to mix it 25/75-50/50 with other GF ingredients, and use the autolyse method (allowing flour to hydrate with baking liquid prior to adding yeast or Biga (sponge starter) to the ingredients. An easy, affordable GF ingredient to get away from the plastic brick commercial GF bakes

Latest batch terrible so won't be buying from this vendor again
I eat a lot of Teff and have loved the taste of this company's product. I buy my teff in bulk because I am allergic to wheat. Bought 10 boxes and the batch tastes truly awful - really bitter. I love teff but I just can't eat this. I contacted the seller who looked into it and says that there haven't been any issues and that there is nothing they can do. I won't be buying again.
