Great taste Small nibbles for eating out of a container and enjoying “an apple a day “— dehydrated, but moist. Good for cooking, pies, and strudel I’m guessing—cooking in a crockpot today for a delicious side.

Great snack on its own and perfect to add to your own mix of dried fruit and nuts. Moist, fresh and delicious. HIghly recommend.

Great value overall. Nice lil cubes very uniform. Perfect for lil snackers. Expected more sweetness since they are dehydrated but no. Probably Granny Smith apples or a similar profile were used to make these. Have a lil tartness, otherwise not a lot of flavor or depth. Would definitely prefer Cortlands, Winesaps, or a blend would have a better flavor profile.

I use these dried apples in my oatmeal every morning. My recipe: - ( I use a glass Pyrex bowl to cook the oats) - 1/3 cup of rolled oats - One TBLSP of cubed dried apples. - Dash of salt - 1 cup of water - A teaspoon or so of avacado oil, to prevent boiling over in the microwave. - Stir ingredients - Cook on power level 5, for 8 minutes, uncovered in the microwave. - After the cooking in the microwave, I let the oatmeal sit for about 5 minutes. - I add about ten chocolate chips before eating.

I received the box of apples today and when I opened them they are wet and all stuck together in one giant chunk. It was a total waste of my money.

I've always liked apples. They are so versatile. This brand is very yummy. You get nice little squares packed with flavor and good texture. They are a bit sticky so I had to separate pieces when adding to muffins. I store them in the fridge after opening. One stare deducted because they are a bit pricey.

Very flexible, great for fall baking. Used in apple, walnut coffee cake with a strusel topping. Added to pancakes. Added to oatmeal/chia seeds. Very versatile and good value

Edit 09 January 2024: Amazon is providing a full refund for the oxidized bag so I'm averaging the 1 star for this bag with what I would have given the first bag and giving them a total of 3 stars. This was my second order of these diced apples. The first order was almost exactly a year ago and I had no problem with that order. I've been using those diced apples slowly (typically adding a handful to my morning oatmeal) over the year. I'd split the bag in two freezing half the bag. I mention that to explain the picture I attached ... the fresh-looking dices are the last of the now year old bag while the spoiled, oxidized, and unappetizing looking stuff in the bag is the bag that just arrived. I'm hoping that Presto Sales (the seller of these diced apples) will honor their guarantee and replace the spoiled/oxidized bag.
