I picked up the Victorinox Swiss Classic 2 Piece Paring Knife Set and they have been awesome. They are small but really sharp and sturdy. I use them for all the little stuff in the kitchen like peeling apples, chopping garlic, or slicing up veggies for dinner and they make those jobs way easier. The handles feel good in your hand and they don’t slip which is nice when I’m moving fast. I’ve washed them a bunch of times and they still feel like they did when I first got them. They are light enough to handle easily but don’t feel cheap at all. Honestly, these are just simple, reliable knives. I use them almost every day and they make prepping food feel quicker and less annoying. If you want small knives that actually work well, these are a solid pick.

These are very handy little knives. They stay sharp. They’re easy to handle. They have a good grip unfortunately they’re not well-made so they kind of fall apart after six months but I keep buying them cause they’re cheap.
