I got the 1LB fat model, and it has helped me with my weight loss tremendously. Every time I feel like giving up, or that my small progress isn't enough, I look to my fat model and remember even 1lb of fat lost is great! If seeing truly is believing, then this certainly is informative motivation to be/stay healthy, at it’s finest!! A pound is a pound. If your on any kind of health journey where weight may be a focus, this is a great reminder of “Yes, even a pound lost/gained(depending on your journey) is worth it!” I would rather stare at this in the workout room vs any doctors office, on any given day. The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this as a way to visually remind myself that “only 1 pound” is still something to celebrate. I have lost 27lbs since 01.01.23 and on the weeks where it was “only 1 pound” this thing helped remind me that I am doing great! I love the quality of it. It’s squishy and feels how I’d imagine a real pound of fat to feel. It’s sticky which helps it stay on the stand it comes with.
