Loot at all these outlets!
Nice surge protector for your server rack. Tons of outlets on the back and a long, beefy power cord. The removable cable securing rack on the back is a nice, unexpected touch. It's pretty stout and doesn't stick out too far, and you can just leave it off if you don't want/need it. No power switch, but how often will you power down an entire rack? Probably better that they eliminated a possible failure point. Overall no complaints with this unit.

Not For Wall Warts
This is a good PDU, but may not work for all situations. The cord tray is nice if you can use it. Mounting; Includes different ears for vertical or horizontal mounts. The ears a basically the same with the horizontal being longer to support more weight. The vertical ears require the PDU to mount flat to the rail; I really needed a mount that stands off the rail. The holes on the mount only require two screws so only two holes will align when correctly orriented. Outlets: The outlets are best used for basic power cords. Wall warts are likely to block 2-3 recepticles and are unikly to fit if you want tp use the cord tray. I had to remove it. Other: - The power cord is 15' long, great if you need it, but a lot of extra for me. 6' would be plenty. - No power switch so no accidental power offs. - Cord tray made for binding with zip ties, more suited for permanent setups. - Includes PDU, two pairs of ears (4 screws), cord tray (4 screws), zip ties, grounding screw.

Perfect addition to 25U rack
Was looking for a power bar / surge suppressor before adding on a UPS later on in my rack. I noticed a lot of the top rated / best selling rackbar had 6 outlets in the front and 6 in the rear, and so on -- I didn't understand this. After going to CyberPowers site and poking around a little more I discovered this line compared to the more popular ones. Looking at the comparison it seemed like a no brainer, there's more joule coverage overall, more NEMA ports in the rear, two extra up front just in case, and actual surge suppression (If you wanted more in the rear on the other line your option was to go 20 amp, or lose out on surge suppression). Seemed way more fitting the bill than anything else. Received it in a great packaging, I had to put the wire bar on manually which I thought was a bit of an odd setup but everything went together pretty easily. Wired everything up and works great. Got the twelve outlets in the back and two up front. Easy to hook up to a 19" rack width too. There was also an option to set the depth a little more into the rack if you so chose, seemed like a few configuration options that I didn't particularly need.

Great power strip, unsure about cable support bar
This is a great power strip with flexible mounting options. It comes with a cable management bracket which is a great idea, but also kind of the weak spot of the product; once it's attached, it's impossible to get plugs in/out of the back of the power strip if there's a device installed in the rack slot directly above it. Also, the bracket is close enough to the power strip that it can be impossible to plug in larger wall warts. A flat cable support bar with anchors for Velcro would work just as well, and be somewhat easier to use in practice.

This was perfect for what I needed
This was perfect for what I needed. I'm glad it has a long power cord, but ... I kinda wish it was just a weee bit shorter for my needs. Not gonna drop a star for what is my own personal preference. Under most other conditions, tho, the super-long cord would be a life-saver, tho! Unbeknownst to me, this also included a nice cable tray for routing cables through the back, so they don't just hang straight down (thus adding strain). I like the cable tray a LOT! I still needed a "wall-wart killer" (1-ft extension) for some things, tho, but I planned on that. The cable tray sits just a wee bit too close for a wall-wart to fit in. It's not a big deal, because I already planned to use the extensions anyway. I especially love the 2 outlets on the front for "quick servicing" of devices in the closet. I got this power bar also for that explicit feature. This is exactly what I wanted/needed. Glad I got it!

Great product
Installed two years ago and still working perfectly. Shallow depth allows use even in shallow patch panel racks. I saw complaints that outlets are too close together and large plugs might fit in every available outlet. Since rack width is limited by 19" spec, there's no way to fit this many outlets at rear with more space between them. I can use every outlet for regular plugs and just had to skip a few when plugging in cheaper products that use wall warts. For ease of cable management, I used the rear outlets to power rack equipment and front only for temporary use. Highly recommended.

Great quality for a fair price.
Was looking for a trusted surge suppressor for a smaller 6u rack. This thing fits the bill. It installs well and all the hardware and mountpoints are sturdy enough from what i can tell. For a smaller rack where you probably don't need all the plugs this offers you can space out larger adapters without much trouble. I wouldn't recommend this is you however needed all 12 outlets as having no room for larger adapters could be an issue.

Great for computer or networking applications
Great for computer or networking applications, easily mountable with two screws, power never an issue, plugs hold firm so as to not pull out easy, 18 outlets is all you'll ever need for a home application, looks sleek and well built. Can't complain great purchase for me.

Pros: 15' 14gauge shielded wiring, very sturdy. Any other time in my life the cable length would've been a godsend, but was an inconvenience for me that was easily overcome by ziptie's. Sturdy construction, lots of outlets for my immediate use and cleaned up a ton of power cord mess from my wall outlet. Holds up very well under a hefty power load, which means I don't have to have a quad outlet splitter in my wall socket. Coloring matched my rackmount and it was easy to install. Cons: There's a cable guide / tie-down bar that is a bit flimsy and was more of an annoyance/frustration than anything. The tiny screws were a pain to get in because the slots in the bar were too close to the outer casing, so I had to find a thinner screw driver. In the end I just tossed it into the trash because it didn't work for me, was too much frustration and by the time I had it on, I found I'd put it on upside-down so yeah... that piece didn't survive my temper ;) I wasn't too concerned with the price, but I did get it initially at a reduced price which is what caught my eye. Would buy it again (and ditch that bar again, too!!) if I needed to. Definitely worth it if you're looking for a solid power bar for your rackmount.

Very good quality PDU. Installed it in my home network rack, I can connect all my device into it without any issues. Be aware that you might need some 1ft extension for those bulky adaptors that would otherwise block one or two slots since these are pretty close to each other. but this isn't the fault of this PDU, just something to keep in mind depending on your device power adapters. 15 ft cord is also pretty awesome for that far-reach wall plug.

Product is a rack mount power bar with surge protection. Provided power for my servers and did its job at a decent price. No problems to speak of.
