I have dropped my XR a few times and haven't had any breaks. Last night my XR slipped out of my pocket on a roller coaster from about 60 feet in the air and landed on top of a truck below completely fine and intact. I had to write a review because of this. I thought I lost the XR until the next day I was able to find it. In the mean time I bought an iphone 12 mini and just placed an order for basically the same case but for the 12. Cheap and great case.

I just upgraded from an iPhone 6S Plus to the XR. I’m very disappointed Apple did not run the leather case that I had on the prior phone. Others have said that it is comparable; unfortunately it is not comparable. It isn’t bad though. Pros Leather back makes it grip most surfaces well. Sides / edging looks like a molded plastic. It feels good in the hand and probably has better protection than the prior ‘all leather’ case. I’d rather have the leather sides and edging like the old Apple case, but it doesn’t make it a worse. Low profile design. It’s not bulky. Great price Cons I wanted an all leather case. What I got is a slim design, leather backed case. If I wanted a case with better protection than leather, then I would have shopped around for that. I’m going to get a different case ultimately, and keep this until I find a better one. It does appear to be decently made and it fits good. It’s just different than what I expected I’d get.

Good quality and durable

I've had several cases for my iPhone XR and generally been disappointed. Most are too large to fit easily in my pocket, or to not sticky enough to keep the phone from sliding off the table, or too sticky to slide into my pocket. This fits the bill of nice and convenient. I can't rate the durability as I've only just gotten the case, and I'm the type to only use the case to prevent the phone sliding off the table rather than looking for a case to protect when it slides off the table.

This is the case I use on a daily basis on my iPhone XR. It's light, thin and has a very good feel to it. I can't attest to the level of protection, but I use it daily when I don't feel the need for excessive protection. It gives the XR a good feel and slips in and out of a pocket quite easily. When I'm working in the field or doing some strenuous outdoor activities, I switch to a much more bulky protective case. However, for everyday use, this case is a winner!

Just a cheap case made out of cheap materials. It is just ok. I bought this for an Iphone Xr and it fits ok but it doesn't come around the front of the phone as far as I would like. I feel it could fall off easy. I'll use it until I find a better one.

Other leather phones were nearly twice the price - very happy with this choice in my favorite neutral of all time: gray I ordered my new phone and had trouble finding something I really liked (forget love) in stores so I resorted to Amazon and found this very nice choice. It arrived quickly (2 days) and was a far better value than anything else I found I really liked.
