The milky ones are nice but they light up the ceiling and take away light output from the floor. The 150w lights are almost too bright without lids, add the clear lids and the output is perfect, and some filtered light still hits our upper mezzanine. .

This took a light that was sooooooo bright it was hard to deal with, and diffused it so it can be used in the warehouse. Easy to install. Did exactly what I needed. I had to pay over $30 for shipping since it wasn’t prime, (oh prime how spoiled You’ve mad me!), but it was worth it to make the light useable.

These are an absolute must have with the Halo overhead lights. They make it so much easy on the eyes if you have to look up and also help distribute the light much better as well. They made an outstanding light even better.

These globes work great on my hyper lite leds and make them reflect light great off the ceiling but the mounting screws are too small and the wrong thread. When you try to tighten them the head of the screw twists off once it gets hard to turn and they won’t tighten down on the globe.

Pic is ax150W Hero with the milky diffuser. Other lights in pic are 100w. Just temporarily placed it to see how it looked. Do not install the diffuser on a hanging light. Small screws and a bulky diffuser are a recipe for lost screws and dropped diffuser. #2 Phillips screw driver did the job. The metal ring that holds the bottom of the diffuser on is a little bit of a pain and it works best to have another set of hands. Install the spring on to the ring first and then expand the ring and work the ring around the fixture to get it in place. First couple lights were a learning curve and the last 4 took about 10 mins to complete. Overall fit and finish of the diffuser were very good.

looks and works well but the way they fasten to the fixture with 4 tiny screws and clearance needs some attention in the design department!

Easy to install, really distributes the light around the room much more evenly. Without this on the light was harsh and very directed. A little on the more expensive side, buy once cry once though.

These globes greatly exceeded my expectations. It's tough to swallow paying $60 for a few ounces of plastic but I am amazed by the results it offers. I had 3 - 200w led's at 21' above my work shop floor At this height, the lights are perfect without any need for diffusers, however after adding a mezzanine level over half of the shop, now two of the lights are basically 10' lower and the glare is so harsh as to be unbearable. Adding these smoked diffusers made all the difference in the world and allowed me to continue to use $400 worth of incredible led lights that I love.
