Does this brand test on animals or have animal derived ingredients?

Found this on their website FAQs: Are OGX® products tested on animals? OGX® does not initiate animal tests on either finished products or ingredients whether directly or indirectly. All ingredients used are carefully monitored. All suppliers are requested to confirm that their materials have not been tested on animals.

Does this have sls in it

No it has no SLS product additive. There is a sulfate like atom but not the type you may be used to harming your body

Will this work well with a loofah, or is it better to apply by hand?

Apply by hand. A loofah will absorb too much product.

I heard it’s fake because it comes taped and smells chemical like.

It’s not fake, it definitely smells like coconut. The smell just doesn’t last super long after showering. This brand of body wash is also carried in a lot of stores like Walmart, TJMaxx , Marshall’s, Stop & Shop etc.
