タイムセールで試しに購入。 パネトーネクラシコとほぼ商品名が一緒ですが、 これはAD1476という別格品です。 ただのクラシコよりも手間をかけて仕上げ、イタリアのレモンピールとオレンジピールを贅沢に使用。 クリスタライズされたピールのほろ苦さが一層、パネトーネの酸味ある甘さを深めます。 ちょっと大人の味ですが、美味です。 ワインでいただいても結構ですが、 ポールジロースパークリングワインジュースなどと頂いてもステキだと思います。

中身はナイフで切った時点でパサパサのボロボロで、 通常のパネトーネの香りとは全く異なる異臭が漂い、 とても食べられるような代物ではありませんでした。
