Norse Blade
I was not prepared for the quality of the knife compared to the price I paid. I figured because I paid a cheap price that I will be getting a cheap knife. Just going to use it for my Viking outfit. When the knife arrived and took it out of the box I was astonished at the quality of the knife and leather sheath. You can tell they took their time and laid attention to every detail. Be careful the blad is sharp; it may be made over seas but the bladesmith did not skimp out on how sharp this blade is. It looks awesome just as show in the original pictures. It is about 6 inches in size and fits perfectly into the sheath. This blade is worth the money spent. Thinking about buying another.

Unbelievable deal
I only just received this knife, so I can’t speak to its longevity, but I have faith that this knife will last quite a long time. First of all, the knife is beautiful. I appreciate the fact that it’s obviously handmade and not a “flawless” piece of automated cutlery. It has some heft to it, but in a sense that lends itself to assurance of the blade’s quality. It’s quite balanced. The leather wrap on the handle is perfect: It’s wound tightly and not too thick so as to be cumbersome. The sheath is very high quality, as well. The most stunning part of this knife is the price. At less than $40, this is an absolute steal. Don’t hesitate to purchase one of these knives; you won’t regret it.

Nice knife. Good blade. Well received as a gift.
I gave it to my husband as a birthday gift. He seems to really like it. He said it takes a great edge and as a smaller blade, it’s more of an all-around knife or a skinning knife. He says that it’s a good blade.

Awesome Nordic style knife.
This was delivered today and as for the quality of tye knife itself, top shelf. As a representation of what the Norsemen may have carried on a day to day basis, this knife is beautiful. It's super sharp right out of the box. So sharp in fact, whoever packaged it up shoved it too far into the sheath and it cut the lacing at the bottom. Seems the edge went in between the sheath and leather spacer and severed the lacing in the last two or three holes. It'll be an easy fix but whoever boxes these items up needs to keep an eye out for that. If not for that small issue, it would've been five stars all day long.

Awesome first impression
OK - now that I have the actual knife I ordered - I am rather pleased with this hand crafted beauty. Knife appears to be well made and fits in my hand comfortably. Blade is excellent length for doing the chores I intend to use it for. I like the design of the hammer on the end of the handle, it adds beauty to the knife without being in the way while being used. Handle wrap looks like it will stay on during use. Leather sheath is very nice and fits on my belt without issue. Knife is held securely and does not wiggle or slip out while being put on/off the belt. First impressions are awesome, I will give this beauty a month or so of actual use and update this review then. If it performs as nice as it looks, I expect to be well pleased. Update - July 15 2020 - Knife performs like a champ! Holds its edge very well and does everything I need it to do without issues. Very happy with the purchase!

Awesome crafted knife!
I purchased this after buying another one of their blades and could not be happier. It comes with the holder, and really love the details added to case. (signature on one end and Valknut symbol) on the other side. The Valknut is one of the most prominent and popular Viking symbols. Also known as Odin’s knot, Hrungnir’s heart, the knot of the slain warrior and the Heart of Vala, the Valknut is considered as the symbol of Odin. Nice details like these shows the knife maker gave the blade a personality. Very strong well built knife, and love the wrapping on the handle and hammer symbol on the end of the blade. Will be buying buy more of his knifes to have a collection.

Coltelli artigianali molto belli e ben fatti.

!!! Es macht „was her“. Das Thor-Messer erfüllt das Messerfreundeherz mit Freude. Preis ist voll in Ordnung.

Sehr gutes Teil. Warum ?
