Its okay for the price, and effective if you can't afford better.
I teach P.E. in a Philadelphia school and we are so broke that I purchase my own PE equipment. This was large enough and low price enough that I was able to afford it with the few bucks I had to spend. This is great if you do not have any goal equipment.1. The goal is VERY large. This is perfect for soccer, team handball, and modified hockey (with al larger ball).2. The bars are metal, but somewhat thin. they don't bend real easily but they do wear easily. One boy hung from the crossbar, and it didn't completely bend or break, but if a lot of pressure or repeated pressure may break it.3. THE pins are very difficult to put in and out, making folding a hassle.4. The stretch bands that hold the net in place are annoying to put in, and damage easily. I would perhaps just use fabric/velcro or plastic wire ties.5. This is indoor and grass use only. I mistakenly brought this out in the concrete school yard, and it wore away the stretch bands that keep the net in place.6. It bends back after repeated use. The joints arent strong enough to support the upright bars after repeated hits to the bars.7. THIS GOAL IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR A LEGAL SOCCER BALL and really strong kicks. Mine is leaning back much and weakening. We use THICK FOAM SOCCER BALLS for all games in the gym. THIS IS STRICTLY FOR P.E. and REC class and not a team game or practice unless thick foam balls are being used.8. The price is great compared to other goals for SUCH A LARGE net. So I happy with the purchase. But I don't see much longevity, and I will need to repace the bands that hold up the net.I may also need to prop it up in the back with a pvc pipe, since the weak joints make it lean.

One Star
