I sprained my coccyx while sitting in a 2 day, 8 hour/day class. I needed a pillow to help me heal and get pressure off of my backside and I was also about to take a very long plane ride from California to St. Maartin!This product is amazing. It is very comfortable and allows my backside to have rest while I'm sitting down. On the plane ride I was happy because it relieved pressure and allowed me to fly without any pain.The quality is great! The pillow is sturdy but with enough give to make it soft to sit on. It did not flatten out on the long flight and I still use it in my car and it's as fluffy/sturdy as the first day I bought it back in January 2015.The pillow covers are also excellent. They are soft and come in lovely neutral colors.If you're looking for something that's not your typical donut pillow (and seriously, who wants to carry around a donut pillow??) this is your product!

I've had this cushion for 2 years now and it's still very supportive and looks like new, even though I've taken it across the country countless times. It's hands down the best cushion I've owned. People ask me about it all the time. I have a longstanding issue with the area around my tailbone and sitting for long periods is just not possible without this. I can sit through an extra long movie or on a plane and not have to stand frequently from discomfort. I'm 5' 8” tall, 165 lbs, yet this cushion has not compressed and I've never had an issue with it feeling too small or unsupportive. UPDATE: It’s the start of 2023 and I’ve had the same cushion about 6 years. The cover has held up perfectly. I never expected the cushion to last forever or even this long, but it has served me well. It’s time to replace it and I probably should have thought about doing so about 6 months ago. I’d say this cushion will last you a solid 5 years.

I understand the concept of this cushion, but it is so hard it was causing pain in other parts of my butt!!! I've postponed reviewing this purchase to give it some time to see if i would "soften" up. It really does a good job of reducing the pressure on my tailbone which seems to have started after weight lost. But, it certainly is firm. I think it has become less rigid with use and time, so I think the degree of comfort has improved. My cat likes to sit on it too, so once I stand up, she runs over to sit on it for her turn. It was a good and necessary purchase, but it did cause more discomfort at the beginning that I would have liked.

I am just starting to find relief from a bout of sciatica. During an 8-hour drive to visit my step-son, I was in agony while driving. I had this item expedited to my step-son's house in order to use it on the trip home.I felt that it helped somewhat while used on the seat of my Ford F-150, but it moved around a bit and did not seem easy to keep in place. It would fall out when I exited the truck.On the positive side, I now use it on the chair of my home office and feel it gives good support and increased comfort. I am a large man (>300 lbs.) and smash the cushion down quite a bit when sitting on it, but it still seems to be helpful in providing some comfort.Overall, I am happy with my purchase and am impressed that LILIYO contacted me after my purchase to ask about my satisfaction. My impression is that this is a very good product from an exceptional company.

This made so much difference for me! I have severe tailbone pain and have tried 3 different pillows, and this is the keeper! I love that it comes with extra covers, and the handy carrying case is really nice as well. The cushion is contoured nicely and fits my behind really well, leaving the hole for my tailbone in the right place, and puts no pressure whatsoever on my coccyx. Finally, relief! There's no undue pressure put on the back of my thighs either, and I can push the cushion forward or backwards so it sits in just the right place. It works great in the car, on the floor, in a chair, on the couch, everywhere I've tried it. It's really been worth every penny and then some. I'd have happily paid twice the price for this much relief and ease of use.Donut pillows didn't do it, because sitting in a hole didn't allow me to get the pressure off my tailbone without sitting in a slouch position which hurt my back. A solid cushion didn't help, because there was still pressure on my tailbone which was the problem to begin with.This pillow feels firm when you squeeze it, but doesn't feel hard when you sit on it. It gives nicely, but also supports you and keeps you comfortable. It takes all the pressure off your tailbone and allows you to sit in a normal position, which also supports your back. So if you have back issues (which I also do) this is really an excellent cushion and the best of all the ones I've tried. I highly recommend it.

I have residual pain from a broken coccyx so sitting for long periods of time is quite painful. My friends and I like to take day trips requiring 4 or more hours in the car and I have not been able to do this in quite some time. I bought this cushion last week and used it for a day trip and I was thrilled to have no coccyx pain. The firmness and the give of this cushion are perfect. The cushion also gave me a little extra height so my seatbelt sat better on my shoulder. I am now using the cushion to sit comfortably in my chair, without the need to keep shifting from one hip to the other. Thank you for such a well made product.
