I honestly don't know if this supplement does anything for me but blood tests showed I was low. So my nurse insisted I take between 25 and 50 mg of DEHA. I like this brand and trust it.

I started having perimenopause symptoms. Since being on this my heart palpitations I was experiencing regularly went away. It did take several months.

I usually wake up super early, like 5am. When I take this (in the morning) I'm sleeping until 6:30 or 7 the next morning! I'm not really noticing anything else, but the improvement in sleep alone should benefit my health a lot!

I buy this for my Fiancé and for myself. I cut mine in half so I don't over boost my testosterone with this but I have seen great results in the bedroom with this supplement. I take it every morning.
